Two related goals.
Android phones using outlook now do not play the format of the .wav file voicemail generates. Has anyone seen a way to change any of the file settings? Mp3 for example?
I also am looking at the audio quality of call recording. I need to check the codces and stuff in the system, but like above I can't seem to see any place we can increase the bitrate of the .wav files the system generates.
Anyone have any knowledge here?
