Voice Recording on the Line?

At random times when a user is on the phone they will hear a message stating that their conversation is being recorded. Where is this coming from????

Indeed, and they must have the user/group/incoming call route set to record a percentage of calls or something like that

I checked in there and nothing is set to record at all. Weird. Anywhere else? Maybe a separate module or something?

You guys are great! It was the Phone Manager. I guess when it's up people sometimes hit F5 and it starts recording. Mystery solved! Thanks all!!!
