Would any one know the current situation.
Our product is certified against 10.2
We are trying to record via tapi wav on V13 with no success, we read that Tapi has been discontinued in V13 , hence that and TSpan can no longer be used? Tapi seems to work fine - we can use test tolls to make calls, view lines etc - but our module refuses to find the appropriate lines to record - using a route point.
The customer site is V12 and we have been told we cannot use Tapi wav as in a pure SIP trunk environment - the main Shortel is removed from the conversation and the phone is directly connected to the SipGate
Does any one know the real answer???
We can record perfectly the SIP trunks but the client wants extension side recording..
