Hi All,

I'm implementing an MX-ONE TSE with lots of IP extensions. I will need to record the speech of some of them. Which products you advice to record? Nice? A cheaper one?

NICE are okay - we get good support , Administration and Backups very straightforward...

We use Redbox Recorders. Excellent product and a lot less expensive that a lot of the competition. They even wrote us a module to link into Solidus eCare to allow calls to be recorded against agent IDs rather than just extension numbers.

A very good company to work with all round.

The only problem I see with Redbox is that they require a separate SMDR feed even on an ISDN30. They could use the D channel to collect that information no?

Why have you posted that in here? Please start a new thread.
