I know that IP Office can do a random call recording but can we achieve this in IPOCC for a specific topic?
For what I see we can only select automatic of manual call recording. But we cannot set a percentage of recorded calls.
It is possible to use the call recording in IPO to record calls to the Contact Recorder rather than IPOCC. Then you can select a percentage for inbound/outbound. Not that I would recommend this, but it does work.
