Hi, I'm working on a problem with the call recording kit and am after any ideas....Using Nice Universe 8.9, Avaya CMAPI with cti link to Aspect Concerto dialler. Problem we are having is that the cmapi seems to have lost it's ability to observe/recognise RTP ports.
Can still record manual inbound or outbound calls but anything coming off the dialler it attempts to record bu drops immediately.
It's working on single step conference rather than service observe.
