Voice recording an attendant console. 1

Hi can anyone tell me how to voice record a 2250 console, which TN do you record?, or is it both?

I never try that before. Can this be done? I am not aware that 2250 have this feature. Who you heard this feature from?

You can only connect 1 TN (the first TN) of a M2250.

Both the primary and secondary TNs are used under some circumstances so a DAC would be required for each.
Some PC based consoles have audio in out ports available on the back to connect to external recorders

Thanks all, Thales also confirmed that each TN must be recorded, the Wordnet 2 we are using has DAC's built in.

I now have another question, if I wanted to warn all callers that they are being recorded, how would I go about that. (We don't have voicemail).
