Voice quality values?

Hi,

I have just got access to a measurement tool for voice calls. Does anyone know any normal values on what I can expect on international calls?

Some of the values I am interested in are:
PESQ score (or MOS, R)
Echo delay
Echo attenuation
Signal level
Background noice

I'm not sure where I should draw the line between bad and good so if someone can help me I'd be happy...
