Voice Quality of Remote Worker Avaya Equinox

We have an Avaya IPO SE 11.0.X with SBC for Remote Workers using Avata IX Workplace. We are having issues on te voice quality of the call.

When we call:
Mobile to Mobile: choppy
Mobile to Deskphone: choppy
Deskphone to mobile: smooth.

We are using NAT, is this a bandwidth issue?
 
Our sbc is using the best effort. The usual settijgs.

just a reminder we are using NAT and the network guy told me that we are using 3mbps for mobility.
 
Is the remote worker connected via WiFi, or LTE on the phone.

I have noticed poor quality when connected via WiFi, but great quality when I disable the WiFi and connect over LTE.

I have plenty of bandwidth available over wifi, but I do not have QoS setup.
