We have an Avaya IPO SE 11.0.X with SBC for Remote Workers using Avata IX Workplace. We are having issues on te voice quality of the call.
When we call:
Mobile to Mobile: choppy
Mobile to Deskphone: choppy
Deskphone to mobile: smooth.
We are using NAT, is this a bandwidth issue?
