I have a CS1000e with all IP phones connected to a Cisco UCM 6.0 over H323 trunks. One user on the CS1000e, complains of poor voice quality when on any calls to any Cisco IP phone. I have changed the deskphone and the patch cord twice but it does not seem to have fixed the issue. How can I monitor the call quality of that particular extension? QoS is applied on the network, and the same policy is on all the switches for all the phones. The switches are Nortel 5520's.
