Voice Quality Issues

Anyone else having voice quality issues this week? Seemed to have started Tuesday. Audio drops out, both sides of the conversation, 6920/40 desk phones, both admin and call center staff.

Reporting service degradation on Contact Center and Phone System.

That Mitel Trust site is only for MiCloud Connect. If you have on-prem stuff, you're not using MiCloud Connect.
 
Your contact center is Mitel Contact Center Manager (CCM) which, unless you are using the IVR ports or softphones for agents, doesn't really have much to do with call quality. If you are having Quality of Service (QoS) issues, it's probably either the trunking if it involves external calls or it's a network issue. If's noticeable with internal to internal dialing - then you have a network QoS issue.
