Voice quality issue in G450 [ 30.14.0 ]

Hello All,

We are currently facing the voice quality issue when our agents are used headset to take calls. the quality is good when they use the handset.

Avaya End points : AVAYA IP 9620

Headsets : mixed wired and wireless [ plantronics ]

The issue occurred since last power down of gateway. after several days we have rebooted the gateway but still issue is persisting.

Before gateway power down everything is fine with those headset.
 
Are you using the correct cable for the 9620? I believe that it is an HIS cable.
 
I would start by checking faults in the G450.

Firmware 30.14 really sucks. I suggest you go backwards or forwards. Also make sure the firmware for the VoIP resources matches. I've been using V77 successfully. You might also want to verify AGC is turned off in your 46xxsetttings.txt file. Phone firmware should be 3.1.1 SP 1. I haven't had any issues with it yet.
