Voice quality getting de-graded in conference

friends,
i have analog trunks to my system, a CO call works fantastic
but when i attemp a conference with 2 or more CO lines in picture.. the voice quality of the conference is degraded
i mean its not audible properly

are there any s/w tips for Db loss in conference... etc......

look at the System Country options there is something there on adding Db loss in conferences Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
