Voice Prompt Editor

I am having problems accessing the Voice Promt Editor from any xp machine. The message I am getting is unable to access meridian (18). I used to be able to access this????

Is it a case the a microsoft update has come in conflict with this service?? Can anyone help???

check your XP firewall settings if now on service pack 2, disable your XP firewall and then see can you access VPE
