voice prompt editor/mail 1

Hi, I am having a problem with the voice prompt editor. My trial script was working well for three days.When I changed the pwd on the mailbox and on the global settings I not longer get the voice recordings yes the script still works. When I dial in I get the following as if the mailbox were set up wrong:

"Your session cannot be continued at this time."

Also, I am getting a "good-bye" but do not see "silent disconnect" as an option? Any help is appreciated. Have a good weekend everyone. AJK
 
Can you log into the mailbox from a regular telephone with the new password? If you changed it in Meridian Mail at an admin level, it may be prompting for a password change at login.

Hi, still having same problem. When I dial the extension I get the following:

"the person at extension is not available to take your call. please leave message after the tone or press 0 for assistance."

when i dial the cdn that is related to the voice segment i get the following:

"you session cannot be continued at this time, please try again later."

Any suggestions are appreciated; maybe problem with ivr-acd-dn link? Thank you for any help
 
Ok, try this: First, try to log into Voice Prompt Editor from Symposium. If you cannot, retype the password in Global Settings.

If you can, then go into Services (from O/S Administrative Tools). Stop Mas Link Handler #2. Then stop VSM. Restart VSM. (It will also restart Mas Link Handler #2).

Try again. Let me know.
