Voice Problem in HiPath 3550 V9

Hi Guys,

There is an issue with voice call from IP to TDM in HIPath 3550 V9 system. IP to IP is working fine. But from IP phone to Digital Phone or from IP Phone to PRI, I am unable to hear the voice. I can view the B-channels being seized. I had put the latest firmware in HG1500. But still the problem persist. Can anybody help me??
 
I'm grasping at straws here, but being ignorant like I am I think I would first check to see if there is a firewall issue in case there are different ports that carry the transport vs the voice, and I would also make sure that everything is set for the same compression settings. G.729 preferred is a different setting then G.729 required. So if one side supports all the codecs and the other side only supports one, or one of the systems has one of the codecs as mandatory that could cause a problem. Make sure everything has the same setting - like G.729 preferred or G.711 preferred or whatever you're using.
