Voice Pro 408 call forwarding

I am having a problem programming call forwarding on an extension.

I am trying to automatically forward to an out line when the extention is selected.

Software version is 2.021.

Anybody got any ideas?

Need more info. Common problems I have seen are the night/weekend greeting kicking in (and not enough lines).

Thanks John for the input. Option one on program forwarding seems to have helped.

I've had a Voice Pro System for several years now. I have discovered that sometimes when you add certain features to work, others don't. Therefore, when you run into a problem, backtrack and see what setting you changed before the problem started. For example. Call pickup doesn't work on a ringing extension if that extension has call screening enabled. Keep a log. It will save you many headaches.
