Voice Pro 206 firmware or software upgrade....

Hello people,

I just bought a Voice Pro 206. Just found out that I would need a firmware/software upgrade but have not found a person/location/web site that can help do this upgrade let alone find the upgrade software. I have version 1.36 and would like to go to 2.021 as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
