Voice over IP from St. Petersburg, Russia

I am about to build out a call center in Russia.
We will be using VoIP on a Sonet ring, with a Gallery IP Softswitch running on a certain IP packet provider. I will keep you all advised as to progress since this will be somewhat of a "test of concept" and unknown territory for me and our techs. Predictive dialers, providing long distance service for Russian companies, etc..
I am already balding, but this will make me look like Jean Luc Picard by the time we are done.
