We set up a call center using a Time Of Day Voice Service to go to our Help Desk or the 24 hour on-call cell phone depending on when the people call. It works great for internal calls or outside calls to the switch. The trouble I ran into is when I test it from a five digit extension from other switches on the complex that connect through voice over IP. I also have the same type of problem dialing the extension from the console. I noticed both of these troubesome calls show up as two digits on a display. The console looks like 0-1 and the VOIP shows up as 7-2. Is there some easy way to fix?
