I'm working with an Octel 100 v3.2 and am trying to set up an option from the automated attendant (which is not a V-Tree) to give directions to a facility.

I *could* point one of the automated attendant options to a V-Tree but I can't figure out how to return the caller to the automated attendant from a V-Tree. Knowing how to do that would solve my problem.

My original thought was to point to a "Voice-Only" mailbox -- described in the Implementation manual like an announcement box. I can't figure out how to create a voice-only mailbox either.

Any ideas? Do you guys have any clues? What would you do?

Define a Go To Extension Entry Point action. That will take the caller back to the Automated Attendant (page 10-35 of the Octel 100 System Mgr Manual)
