We are currently using model idcs 18d samsung voip phones. Somehow, we can dial a phone inside of our network, the other phone will ring, and the voice gets blocked. We use ipcop v1.4.6 and have opened up the required ports(and then some) for these phones. Still, under Ipcop's firewall log, you can see the other phone getting blocked. I've gone through every setting in the firewall I can think of but can't find an answer.
