Voice Network QOS Monitoring.

I have been using SLAMON for various customers of mine, however I am finding it lacking in some of its reports and its visibility into a network. I am looking for suggestions on something that has a more indepth look into the voice world of qos monitoring and network troubleshooting, mostly on prem setups with some remote workers. I have used AppNeta in the past, but would like to know if anything else is out there recommended that you have had good results with.



 
Used Virsae at my last place and it was a great platform for QoS monitoring.

Once setup (correctly) it will display all the legs in the call and the associated latency etc. Even worked for workplace softphones coming in via a remote worker SBC.
