I have been using SLAMON for various customers of mine, however I am finding it lacking in some of its reports and its visibility into a network. I am looking for suggestions on something that has a more indepth look into the voice world of qos monitoring and network troubleshooting, mostly on prem setups with some remote workers. I have used AppNeta in the past, but would like to know if anything else is out there recommended that you have had good results with.
