voice messaging administrator password

I have a partner system with the voice messaging mod, i hyperterminaled in to set the ip address and password. Now when i try to get into either they hypertermincal using that password, the pc admin for the messaging, or using the phone it says that password is invalid.

Is there a way to reset it?

Your web site says you are an Avaya Business Partner - contact your distributor's tech assistance, and they will reset it for you at no charge (at least Catalyst will)
