Whenever I dial our access DN 7000 directly it routes me to a mailbox saying you have no new message or you have one new message.
When I press the message button on the phone it routes to 7000 and miss call pilot voice messaging says ...call pilot from nortel networks, mailbox?
What do yoou think is wrong...
Express Messaging and VIM works just fine.
