your right it needs to be in the dn table, but in your switch you need to send it to mail..the quickest way to do that is

acd
xxxx (the number your dialing)
maxp 1
ncfw (the forward to dn for mail)
return at all other acd prompts
then when you dial it the switch know where to send it...
