Voice mailbox not answering

We have Merlin Legend and 2 of our mailboxes are not answering when someone calls. It just keep ringing and rings. We can access the mailbox but it is empty because no one can leave any message. Anyone knows what is wrong and how do I fix it?

Sounds to me like they are not in the COVER GROUP that points to VOICE MAIL.

Print a working extension & then print one of your bad boys, and see if you can tell a difference in a line by line comparison.
