Voice mailbox not accepting messages 1

I have a user with a voice mailbox that will not accept any messages. The mailbox is empty so they have not used up all the time in the mailbox. When they call the number and try to leave a message it indicates on the LED that it is "not accepting". The system is a NAM 4.0, any ideas?
 
You need to make sure that they have activated there mailbox(access mailbox and setup). It will not allow messages to be sent to it until it is activated.

This has already been done, they have been using the system for about a month now. I couldnt spend a lot of time working on this today so I deleted the mailbox and added a new one to fix it but would like to know what happened.

It sounds like mailbox got corupt and all you can do is delete and recreate. Good Luck!!
 
Executone is right - just delete it and add it back.

Was it a subscriber Mailbox? Long shot and I'm sure you checked it. Information MB will do that. Have a good one. darnold@americaii.com
