Voice mail

I'm Not Sure where to Look as I have a Older 8x24 system with a Startalk flash voicemail on it and when someone calls into one of the Number and it rolls to the VM it does Not go into the Correct VM box I've Deleted and re-created the VM box, I have dialed in using Norstar manager 3.5 and Verified the Set goes to the VM Extension on a Busy or No answer State,

check the mailbox that the message is ending up on and see if the phone set assigned to the mailbox has your line ringing on it when it shouldn't be.

boy do I feel silly, Looked at the other sets particulars and OOPS it had both lines on it, thats for the "in site"
I took the other line off wala
