I have a user that was configured good and now his phone will ring and not go into the voice mail. I am thinking that the extension is not in the amil coverage group but do not know for sure. Can anyone help with this issue?

Sometimes re-entering the extension number into the coverage group will correct that problem. Usally the group # is 30 or even 1, but any number in between is possible.
