We have a Merlin Legend with the Audix Intuity voice mail system integrated. Recently the Intuity PC has started resetting the date to 1970 on it's own. We change it back to the current year and it goes back to 1970. Any hints as to why this is happening?

you didn't say what the release of Audix software it is....
it maybe prior to y2k..I know Lucent had a update for it
for a price.

I am not an expert on this system, how do I find the release information?

Once you reset the date, (to today) you must restart the system to get it to "stick."
