Voice Mail

Hi all,

I've tried to add new mail box for some of my user's extensions. I used F983 (password 1020000) from admin phone set, and add mailbox 650 Type: information, Service class 1, name FCS, Directory: No.
From the ext. 650, when I used F981, it's appear the Log (not the passwd prompt) after input the mailbox & password combination 6500000, I can only record primary greeting. So, I pressed Rls button and tried F981 again. It was the same result. Please suggest me the method to setup voice mail/add mail box.

From your description above it is a information only mailbox. That means you only have a greeting on it. You need to setup subscriber mailbox and attatch it to phone extension.

It sounds like you have reached your limits for seats, after you reach that all you can do is install information boxes

You mean that my mailboxes are full. So, I have to delete some unused mail boxes before add the new one. Am I understand correct?
