Voice Mail

We have a Option 11c sysstem. Currently the system rings 7 times before you get forwarded to voice mail. How do you change this to be only 4 rings before you get transferreed to voice mail.

print the TN and look at the RCO prompt (ringing cycle options)
RCO 0 (zero) is normally set to 4
RCO 1 on my switch is 6
RCO 2 is 8
change if required

The RCO -0,1 or 2 are equal to the CFNO, CFN1, CFN2 and maybe the DFN0, DFN1, DFN2 prompts. You print then in
LD 21
REQ: PRT
TYPE: RDR

To chg these prompts - use LD 15
REQ: CHG
TYPE: RDR
<cr> until you see the prompt you want to change and enter the new value then <cr> until you get the REQ prompt again.
