I am upgrading a customer from a BCM 200 to BCM 400. Can I use the same Voice Messaging seats software code on the BCM 400?

You are replacing the system ... assuming you are talking about migration of keycodes - here is an extract

C. Migration Keycode Support:
Products: BCM 200/400 only

Many Partners today use the Regeneration Functionality to migrate keycodes whereas the Regeneration function within KRS is intended solely for disaster recovery (i.e. failed system to replacement system). Users will now be given the ability to order a migration authcode and use KRS to perform a regeneration of keycodes from one system to another.

The migration is performed by selecting the new “Migrate Keycode” link on the menu sidebar. The KRS user will be required to enter a migration authcode purchased through Nortel. Just as the Regeneration Process requires agreement to Terms and Conditions, the Migration of keycodes requires the Channel Partner to return the old system or MSC card via the RMA process. Again, if the old system or MSC card is not returned within 60 days, the Channel Partner will be billed for the duplicate keycodes.

Note: This solution allows migration of purchased software licenses from any BCM 1000, BCM 200 or BCM400 to another BCM 1000, BCM 200 or BCM400. Migration of software licenses is not allowed from and to BCM50 systems.
