During the day they do not want attamated attendent to answer and then at night at 4:30 they want it to answer after 4 rings how would i programm that in the system. Thanks
will only a service mode on 0 to 1 rings ...why 4 rings at nite...can do a operator status to turn aa on and off each time.... set to 4 rings...enable/disable

If you could talk them into AA answering at the first ring after hours, set up night ring and add the VM DN to the ringing group and put a night ring key on the Attendants console. Set the AA to answer the lines after a gazillion rings and it won't answer until the night ring key is pushed.
