I am very new to the Avaya system so please be easy on me.
I have a remote site with an IP500 V2 firmware 9.0.1.0 build 845. I have a user that says his password is incorrect to his voicemail. He can log into his phone account, just not his VM.
However, at the site I'm located at - all data is routed across a P2P line and I can ping anything at my site (Site A) from the remote site (Site B). I can log in to that user's VM with no issues while at SITE A. It's only at the remote site that he can't log in. It says he is using the wrong password.
Very frustrating. I've tried to use SysMonitor but I can't seem to find any anomalies. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly.?
Please help on what should I look at first?
Thanks,
