Voice mail with internal calls doesn't work

Recently we have a problem with a Norstar 0x32 and lost all the setup, so we have to setup again all the features but nowadays when someone made an internal call the voice mail never responds but when this extension receives an external call the voice mail works, Do you know what is the problem?, Any idea, thanks a lot everybody.

check under capabilities > no answer
that should have the voicemail number.(it probably doesnt now) to find ur voicemail number do a feature 985

Definitely your forward-no answer settings. Make sure the forward rings are set higher than the AA answer rings or you'll have external calls being routed straight to users' mailboxes instead of the AA greeting.
