Call Pilot 100 VM
Phone 7316 with 8 buttons set for extensions

Client calls office
Receptionist takes call and forwards to extension by use of preprogram CAP?(one of 8 buttons at top of phone) button.
Recpt. is use to voice mail (old system that is being replaced) picking up call to extension after 4 rings if no one is in office to answer extension.
Recpt. prefers not to have ring back and having to press FEAT 986 to route call to voice mail. ( Route it and forget it, I'm busy )
Is there any way to program system so that VM picks up after four rings to extension?
assit appreciated

Yes, as kclear said. U need to FWRD no answer to VM (DN) and set the time of rings, this program is by station,
Ok.

Goat,
Your extention users can dial/autodial F984 (call pilot) and have the caller go straight to Vmail when they are not in the office. Cuts down on call handling delay.
