Voice mail will not answering Calls.

Having a problem; Voice mail will not answering Calls, This problem is on one extension. Ii was working before.
It works only if set Not to disturbing by key *8 on the phone set, it goes to voice mail without ringing.

Set call forward no answer and call forward busy to the pilot number of the voicemail.

I use this instructions to set call forward no answer and call forward busy, but when I try to do it keep say is restricted!
any idea?

If you can't set a call forward it usually means a call back has been set on that extension. you will need to clear any and all call backs on that extension. if you don't know the code to clear a call back (it can be different from one system to the next) see the FAQs here and there is one that walks you through finding out what it is.
