Voice mail tone

Has anyone ever needed to remove the voicemail tone that comes through your speaker when you have call forward on busy turned on and your on the phone. I have a customer that wants to remove the tone but i cant seem to find a way to do this or if its even possible. The system is a BCM 400 3.7.

1. Open Mailbox
2. Press ADMIN or 8
3. Press GREET or 2
4. Press CFWD or 3
5. Press NEXT or press #
6. Change <Display Caller: > to N to turn tone off or press 1 to change.

It turns out the beep she is hearing is a camp on tone. Have you ever disabled camp on tone before.
