Is there a way to turn off the beep tone sent through your phone when you get a voicemail on a BCM. The user has the phone on DND but the tone still come through.

Does this have caller ID? If yes you will need to log into the mailbox and turn off (display caller ID)I think thats what its called, not at a phone so I cant check, but its under mailbox admin.

just found it. log into mailbox press admin, press 2, press cfwd, press next, diplay caller id set to no.
