All it takes is 5 attempts failed to lock it up until a reboot.
It's a silly phenomenon.
Using gmail circumvents this to some degree.
You can't use gmail because I don't think your release can resolve FQDNs, only ip addresses.
1: Upgrade to R9 for peace of mind and use a gmail account.
