Voice Mail to Email IPO 7.0 with no email server

The instructions I have found for VM to EM including YouTube video instructions just says that I have to have a EM server. Is it possible to just have the VM's converted to a WAV for example and just sent out using our existing Cox service like if I were using for example Mozilla Thunderbird. Not sure how to do this if it is at al possible or must a EM server be used?

email is sent via SMTP only (any email really) so you need to find the SMTP receptor for your service. Call the Cox support and ask them if they can tell you the credentials.
