Recently, a customer who has been using voice mail to e-mail fine for about a year had it stop working. The UC Module seemed to freeze so we had customer gracefully shut down the system using the AUX button shutdown method. When it came back up voice mail to e-mail stopped working. Logging was on prior to shutdown and there are log files showing delivery. After the shutdown, there isn't even an attempt to send the file. Thinking there may be an issue with the UC Module, we backed up the voice mail configuration and migrated them to an application server. Same issue where it doesn't even show in the SMTP logs where it is even trying to send. We have verified the SMTP settings and the test button shows it is connecting. Interestingly, if we switch the system to Embedded mail and add the SMTP settings it will deliver mail properly. But when we switch it back to Preferred mail will not send. System was orginially 11.2.2 but now it is 11.2.4 thinking maybe there was some kind of bug, even though there wasn't anything in release notes. Any ideas?
