So for some reason, when forwarding a voice mail now, you putin the extension you want to forward to then #, says the name of the mailbox you entered, and then the system repeats itself asking for the extension of the mailbox, or if you are finished press #. I have had several users, who have been here for many years call me saying they can no longer forward voice mail. When I go test this with them, they can, there is just an extra step now. Instead of enter in extension and go, the asking again is throwing them off. Not sure if this makes sense to anyone, or if they know anything about it. We do not utilize fax with voice mail at all. I am running MSS 4.0
