Voice Mail System Error

I have a Merlin Messaging Voice Mail System. I just printed the Error Log and I have an error that states:

NOT IN NORMAL OP MODE Slot06 Code 7801
ALL TTRS UNAVAILABLE Slot00 Code 0C03

Can someone shed some light on these errors and let me know what to do to fix?

The 'not in normal op mode' is normal, you'll see that once per day (usually at 3am) when the voicemail resets itself.

The all TTRs unavailable usually mean that there aren't enough touch tone receivers available. I get that when my 'plain' T1's (E&M wink to telco for DNIS/DID) reset. What kind of trunks do you have? Do you have a lot of those errors?

We have one PRI, 23 Voice Channels and 1 Data Channel. It seems to happen every day after the voicemail resets.
