Voice mail system 2 auto attendant

I'm trying to set up a second auto attendant to answer one particular line. I have assigned this line to table 2 but the 1st auto attendant stills answers.

Here is the setup

MICS (0x32) with 10 lines
Application module (NAM)
Currently the auto attendant answers the incoming calls after 4 rings and plays the company's greeting from table 1 greeting number 1.

My boss want line number 10 to be answered on zero rings but play a differnt greeting than that assigned to lines 1 to 9.


I have tried assigned line 10 to a table 2 and greeting number 4 but it still plays greeting 1 on zero rings.

Have you verified the greeting on table 2? It may be something as simple as a recording. Also you didn't list your software version, but make sure you have actually assigned line 10. Line 10 will be line 50 on loop lines.
