voice mail set up in BP250 with VMU HD

How to set up individual mail box in bp 250 which has a vmu-hd
i did programm . when dialing the mail box to change password the message says you are not allowed and contact the administator. were is that i am wrong.

the extension needs a name(if it is no guest extension) and the passwords must be changed
