Voice Mail Retrieval

I have a Norstar MICS with v4 Voice Mail, How do I retreive voice mail remotely.

At the Auto Attendant Greeting - Press * * Mailbox # & password all as one string.

Or, your operator can transfer you to your voice mail box..

At your personal greeting press * * Mailbox # & password all as one string.

We are not using AA. Can we dial directly into VM?

No, only if you setup a designated line to be answered by auto attendant. Otherwise you'll need to be transferred by a live person.

Something, anything, has to answer to get you there.

If you have any lines that are answered by anybody's voicemail, even the general mailbox you can then press **MBXPSWD# string to get into a mailbox. JerryReeve
