WE are moving from a Call Pilot system to a DuVoice system. We are currently using a CDN in the Call Pilot, and will be using and ACD in the DuVoice. What is the best way to move/forward the CDN number to the ACD for the DuVoice system? We really don't want to delete the CDN, in case we have to go back to the Call Pilot. Management wants the voicemail number to remain the same. Thanks!

Which Callpilot are you talking about?

It sounds as if you have a Call Pilot connected onto a CS1000 system?. As the CDN is linked to a default ACD queue then you could just add in a code against the NCFW prompt to divert the call to your DuVoice system.

This would only work once the Call Pilot was turned off as it would have to follow the NCFW prompt.

Another way would be to create a new ACD queue and have the NCFW prompt go to the DuVoice system and change the default ACD queue on the CDN to the new ACD queue that you have configured.
